I met John Wilson in March of 2021. He had been training with my 30 year old son for a few months and I could already see some impressive changes in his health. John and I worked together two to three times a week throughout the year. He also made sure I understood the importance of calories and that I watched the food I ate. I was hungry sometimes, but I never felt deprived. By New Years 2022, I had lost 98 pounds on the scale while adding 12 pounds of muscle. I went from 370 lbs to 272 lbs in 10 months. I have included pictures so you can see the results.

Like most people, I knew what I needed to do to lose the extra fat, but I would not stick to it and ended up gaining back more weight. With John there to keep me responsible, I was finally able to lose the weight and gain the physical health I was missing for decades. My blood sugar, blood pressure, triglycerides, cholesterol and clothes sizes have all gone way down. My confidence and joy in life has gone through the roof.

FAQs

How Does 1 on 1 training work?

It all starts with a phone call. We discuss your current situation, what you want to achieve, and how I can help you get there. Then comes the consultation. The first day we go over quite a bit, and do a full assessment, so we both know where we are starting. From there on we will have you tracking your workouts, and nutrition.

How do Small Groups work?

Much like 1 on 1 training we will meet at the training facility and perform a full assessment for everyone. This is a critical time because we will be discussing the groups goals, as well as seeing everyone’s strengths, and limitations.

How does online coaching work?

The first step is setting up a good foundation for success online. Getting you familiar with our training app that allows you to track nutrition, workouts, body stats, as well as allows you to set up calls and post update photos. We will often times connect through email, messages, and phone calls. Video sessions are also available!

I missed a workout with you/ Emergency came up. Do I lose my spot?

No, usually. Emergencies happen, I will not punish you because of these things. I will try to always schedule a make up session. Sometimes that means coming in late or on weekends, but I want you to get your session in. If it become too frequent, I will give a warning. But if No calls and No shows become too common “Training Timeout” may become necessary.

I have limitations do to a previous injury, can I still workout with you?

Absolutely! It is my job, as well as my passion to help those that feel confined find the freedom that comes with physical effort. We will go over the situation, then make a plan. Almost all limitations can be worked out either through or around, it just depends on the amount of dedication.

How do Payments work?

Once we decide the services that are best for you. The month will be prorated. Training is typically auto charged at the beginning of each month. Monthly rate change depending on the amount of weekly sessions for in person or what services you desire for online coaching. Single sessions are available for purchase. For example: If you want to do 2x a week, but one of the weeks you have vacation time. You can buy an additional session to get a 3rd session for that week.
